We provide a stable supply of high-quality petroleum products to customers at fair prices. Looking forward, we will work to remain responsive to the constantly changing needs of our customers.
Responsibility to Employees
We provide our employees with evaluation and training systems that let them fully develop their capabilities in the course of their work. These systems are the basis for vertical dialogue in the organization, allowing assignments and training that are most suited to each employee.
Responsibility to Communities
TonenGeneral believes it is a member of the communities that make up society. We therefore constantly aim to be a good corporate citizen in each of the communities in which we operate.
Responsibility to Shareholders
TonenGeneral generates earnings, even in a severe operating environment, based on a high level of corporate ethics and assiduous efforts to protect safety, health and the environment. We believe that we have a responsibility to increase shareholder value over the medium-to-long term, and provide stable returns on investment.
